can;t receive calls from google voice number #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed on samsung galaxy tab
2. linked with google voice number
3.

What is the expected output?  make calls What do you see instead?unable to 
receive any calls on google voice on any phone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? andriod 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.can't figure how to un-link 
from google voice number
