Add support for full VAST 2.0 tracking event set #226

Make sure that the full set of VAST 2.0 tracking events are supported:

creativeView,
start, midpoint,
firstQuartile,
thirdQuartile,
complete, mute,
unmute, pause,
rewind, resume,
fullscreen,
expand, collapse,
acceptInvitation,
close

Fixed in the 0.4.3 release about to go out on the new OVA Community site at 
Longtail Video
