Add VAST 2.0 tracking event support to Non-Linears #227

VAST 2.0 seems to support the full set of tracking events on non-linears:

creativeView,
start, midpoint,
firstQuartile,
thirdQuartile,
complete, mute,
unmute, pause,
rewind, resume,
fullscreen,
expand, collapse,
acceptInvitation,
close

Implement.

Fixed in the 0.4.3 release about to go out on the new OVA Community site at
