@juliotaylor created all the shortcodes we need, some won't work like the accordion and tabs ones. Let me know any comments.

@juliotaylor hold of on fully testing this as I think there are actually errors in the childpages shortcode view files that the shortcodes are calling in. The actual interface works well though and the other types of shortcodes are functional.

@juliotaylor so the reason for the childpages codes don't work is because of the builder function the shortcode is running two loops at once, Johan is going to look at this but I think he was scratching his beard a lot so it could be a fail.

[ ] Block grid should have default size (small-block-grid-2 medium-block-grid-3 large-block-grid-4)
[ ] Remove classes box from all popupz
[ ] List should have a checkbox for multiple styles (standard, unstyled, ordered, inline, ticks, chevrons)
[ ] Buttons, size and type should be dropdowns (type and size refer to docs, there should be a default state for both that returns no value)
[ ] remove the divider
[ ] Intro needs a popup
