REM Polyfill now added via Grunt instead of via bower install folder
- generates ie8.js, which is called into ./footer.php
Add jshint package for checking JS (use command: grunt:jshint)
- Note: not part of standard dev/prod task chains yet
Gruntfile banner/indent tidy
- Removed datetime
