Use message passing via send and receive #27

This uses https://github.com/thefrontside/effection.js/pull/49

Basing this off of the process PR, since the code is much more structured there. This is a first attempt at using message passing to communicate between the separate components of the system.

It's not done, but it should be pretty clear now how this is going to work eventually.

This looks very promising. I'm on holiday until next Monday, but will have a look at it then while you're in Germany. Have safe travels and hope to digest this all next week!
