Use @bigtest/agent #97

depends on #98 since the agent application url changes.

The agent has been extracted here.

This updates bigtest server to use that. It will start its own pre-built agent server, or just use an external one if you pass that in.

This is great! Very nice that we can preserve a great development workflow, while still keeping the agent separate. Very cool!
