Not sure if my board is a dud #3

GTR Board has turned up, plugged into USB, I just get a single red LED and no other signs of life. I tried the jumpers in both positions for both jumpers (the second set doesn't appear to be labeled or in the manual). I compile a new firmware for it, copy to the SD card and repower the board, still single red LED and no flashing green like the SKR Pro board and no sign of it uploading the firmware, removing the SD card shows firmware.cur and the new firmware.bin still there. Anyone able to confirm what should light up when just powered via USB, those jumpers and what the second set is for, M5 maybe?

I don't want to pull my SKR Pro out of my printer to test with a PSU if this looks like a lemon as soon as it's out of the bag

This was user error, I was changing the wrong jumper :), lit up like a Christmas tree
