CNC Fans PWM not working correctly? Always on, no control or turning off possible. #44

I have this problem on all three (six?) CNC controller fan ports. I attached a few different 24V fans but the behavior didnt change. I dont know if there is an issue with the board or if I made a mistake inside the marlin configuartion. I tried SOFT_PWM on and off, on different fans that I knew worked with both modes on the stock board.

For anyone having the same problem. This came down to a faulty board! Another GTR works flawless with the configuration above!
