TMC 2226 and Marlin 2.0.7.x #57

In using the BigTreeTech TMC2226 stepper drivers and upgrading to the latest Marlin, the drivers (including the K-Type) thermistor all quit. I finally got the TMC2226 steppers working but now when using the onboard GTR V1.0 MAX31865 plug and doing everything I could find on the Internet, still isn't working. I tend to think it's an issue with SPI in pins_BTT_GTR_V1_0.h, or something close to that. I get Max Temp Exceeded, printer halted. I've tried everything I could find, any help or suggestions are appreciated! Thanks! :)

Note: In replacing the TMC2226 with my TMC2209, things work.
