PT100 amplifier board connection and setup - RRF #93

Hi

I'm having trouble getting an external amplifier board (E3D PT100 Amplifier INA826) to work on the Octopus V1.1 board with RRF.

It looks like I can't desolder the chip from the E3D board and mount it on the Octopus since the legspacing is different.

So I've added a wire from the ADC pin J47 like the issue below:
Analog Input #78

Now I can't seem to figure out how to setup the board.txt and config.g to make it work.
