blue screen on ender 3 when booting #114

I've recently got a new skr e3 dip v1.1 and when turning on my ender 3 it only displays a blue screen with a slightly darker blue box around it, but everything still works, and is fully functioning and displays the firmware when connected to my pc with command M115, I'm quite new to this and don't really know what I'm doing but I've tried many tutorials on YouTube but they don't seem to work, any help would be great
