BIGTREETECH SKR-E3-DIP-V1.0 motherboard is launched by the 3D printing team of Shenzhen BIGTREE technology co., LTD. This board is specially tailored for Ender 3 printer, perfectly replacing the original Ender3 printer motherboard.
I have an SKR E3 DIP which i have been "upgrading" to 512KB successfully and it works great. Unfortunately without the ability to load firmware bigger than 224KB the extra space is almost unusable, because there seems to be no way to keep the LCD screen and to add UBL to the system without increasing the resulting firmware over this limit. It would be great if someone could help me in the right direction to be able to load more than 224KB of Firmware, which would make the additional 256KB really useful. Or is there another way to get this to work?
Seems nobody can help, so i close this ticket. I bought a TFT E3 v3, so i can reduce the firmware of the E3 DIP. Also a solution and gives me a nice new display and some new opportunities.
