Users reported in issue #61 that using TMC2208 stepper drivers with Linear Advance enabled created problems with extrusion. This is also a known bug in Marlin. This pull request fixes this issue by providing a new pre-compiled firmware file for TMC2208 drivers with Linear Advance disabled, and it also adds this problem as an issue to the troubleshooting section of the firmware README.
