Fan on but no power led or status led ligt #78

Hi ! I've decided to mount my brand new card and all the wiring seems ok I've checked twice and print the pin chart, watch some youtube videos to convert my ender3. The motherboard fan (fan2) and the hot-end fan (wired on power) are blowing.

I can't flash the motherboard and when I tried to plug it to my rpi on the USB port, lsub show nothing. I don't know where to start ?

switch the jumper (the red one on the photo) and boot only whith the raspberry power to flash the card and now it works
