[BUG] TMC2209 Connection error when placing MS1/2 jumper on #23

The title is barely self explaining. I've found this error after days of searching and compiling.

In order to set microstepping to 16 I've to place the first and the second jumper (strating from the stepper motor connector side) but if I place it I'll get TMC CONNECTION ERROR. Has anyone else found this issue?

Just to remind: in order to get UART mode working you have to remove the third jumper and connect the PDN_UART pin (the fourth strarting from EN) on the stepper driver to a pin on the skr on wich you enable software serial in marlin.

Sorry, was a noob mistake. Note that when the drivers are in uart mode the MS1 and MS2 jumpers will set the address of the driver itself so is it clear that they will not answer anymore to the mcu.
