MAX31865 support crashes boad #84

If you enable Max31865 support with "#define TEMP_SENSOR_0 -5"

and define any MAX6675_SS_PIN the board crashes after flashing the firmware.

if you connect really fast you can see the board initializing and then is silence over the serial port.

tested with current bugfix and the version from this git.
