Voltage Questions in BTT skr V1.3 #165

So guys I have and ender 3 pro I bought this card and used on my printer . after that I bought https://www.banggood.com/1_75mm3_0mm-Fialment-0_4mm-Nozzle-Upgraded-Dual-Head-Extruder-Kit-for-3D-Printer-p-1262208.html?ID=41529&cur_warehouse=CN that thing and right now I'm trying to achive dual extrusion but after I get this heaters in my hand I just noticed that heater are working with 12V I was looking in the net for a source but I didnt find anyting so in pin diagram it says 12/24 V and I'm using ender 3's original ps wich is 24v so I wanna know is tehre any way to set that V to 12 or it's set to that already? if it's 24V is there any way I can use that heater

and for a second question my heater fan pin is right now on P2_04 pin and I wanna connect it to the output pin wich I connect stepper cooler fan parallelly will it too much for that port? and my dual extruder thing is uni project and my dead line coming up so any fast help could be perfect :D

or can I directly convert all system to 12V by replacing the ps or can I go buy new 24V heater parts and replaced it?
