probably the worst investment for a printer motherboard is BIGTREETECH seems allot who is buying it end up with a paperweight. ill spread your name as a bad investment within the 3D printer community,as a no go buy........ i am mad as heck buying it and then having nothing that works due to USB not working not able to get drivers that works and so on. shame on you.

I have the same problem.. And no support.. Maybe its time to return for a refund
