Sidewinder X1 - Crash when using Hotend #404

As soon as I try to test the Hotend or run an autopid the board appears to crash and reboot. The bed heats fine and the board appears to be wired correctly. I have tried compiling my own Marlin 2 bugfix and several preconfigured versions I found. No luck with the Hotend. Anyone have any advice?

Swap your heater cartridge pins around on the board. You are creating a short by having the cables the wrong way around.
