Arm does not move when trying to print, bed and extruder heat up but arm does not move, also tried have it reset to home and still no movement

Crystal ball says... you need to give more information than this. Attach your config files.

many other questions would be answered if you has attached you config. What type of stepper drivers? Did you set stepper drivers in config? do you even have stepper driver plugged in? Are they configured correctly? Are they in the correct way?
