SKR 1.4 - Fan0 issue #455

Hey guys, does anyone know why my Fan0 port is showing 22v on the negative side?

My part cooling fan has stopped working and upon investigation the Fan0 port is showing 24v on the positive side (correct) AND 22v on the negative side.

I have also tested Fan1 & Fan3 and these are OK with 24v on the positive and 0v on the negative
