SKR 1.4 turbo heating fail kill called before hotend reaches temp. #509

attached are my current Marlin config files. Configuration.txt Configuration_adv.txt

I have an SKR 1.4 Turbo, TMC2209 drivers, smart filament sensor, TFT35 E3 v3.0 running on 12V power supply from my A30 v1, brand new J head V6 hotend, 100k thermistor, and 12V heater cartridge. When trying to tune PID using M303 S210 C10 (also happens when preheating) it starts heating fast then slows around 110C until it crawls at 124C. when it hits 126C it halts. I then extended watch time to 60 seconds and I got to 130C before failing. FYI I have verified temps with external thermocouple. Changed Thermistor, My voltage is set at 12.5V. I measured the heater cartridge and had just under 4 ohms. What am I missing?

found issue was hotend heating block. changed to a spare creality hotend I had laying around with sing the same heater and thermocouple and the issue went away.
