Usb connects on USB Power but not on VDD #523

I got a brand new SKR V1.4 Turbo, but it doesnt get recognised through USB when powered by a 12V power supply. If the jumper is set to usb, i connect the board with my pc and access the sd card content. The board is working, as i cant control it normally with the TFT.

I already checked all fuses and unplugged all wires.

Windows shows the following error: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

I fixed it. The issue was a broken power supply. Weird, that the printer worked properbly, but usb was the only thing that was faulty.
