BIGTREETECH TFT35-V2.0 is a medium size and ultra-clear 3D printing machine display launched by the 3D printing team of Shenzhen BIGTREE technology co., LTD.
Using the TFT70 v3 on the SKR Mini E3 V2 on and Ender 3 Pro with BLTouch and BTT smart filament sensor and I've had several bugs:
On several occasions I've had the print start and things heat up well and then cool by the time bed leveling is done. Once it's ready to start the nozzle reads 100 degrees and the print starts anyways. The extruder doesnt move but the X and y axis move in the pathways of the print with nothing coming out. This is in Marlin mode
In TFT mode, I keep getting freezes and resets on taking arbitrary actions like storing settings.
When I pause a print in TFT mode I get never ending notification prompts to the point that I have to reset everything. I can't actually use TFT mode as there are just too many bugs
I see zero notifications of status for the filament sensor ( BTT smart sensor) in TFT mode. I have to print only from Marlin mode as that is the only place a filament sensor breakage workflow works. It's disappointing that BTT's own tech doesn't play well each other.
I really like the concept of the TFT and the UI but it disappointingly doesn't feel well tested and ready for prime time.
