will not respond at all works on old original screen just not the TFT35-E3 v3.0

So this is the wrong repository then.

Have you read the readme at the front page of the btt tft firmware repository how to reset a tft?

I got the same problem after I´ve added a printed upgrade to my TFT. While doing that I had to plug out the TFT cable. Is it maybe the result of a short circuit?
