BTT EXP-MOT V1.0 mosfet U1 is missing on schematic #25

there is a mosfet U1 on the board product page https://biqu.equipment/collections/expansion-board/products/btt-rrf-wifi-v1-0-module-driver-expansion-module-for-skr-v1-4-1-4-turbo-skr-v1-3-3d-printer-part

it is also there on the PCB TOP drawing https://github.com/bigtreetech/BTT-Expansion-module/blob/master/BTT%20EXP-MOT/BTT%20EXP-MOT%20V1.0-TOP.pdf

but on the schematic https://github.com/bigtreetech/BTT-Expansion-module/blob/master/BTT%20EXP-MOT/BTT%20EXP-MOT%20V1.0-SCH.pdf U1 mosfet cannot be found anywhere

U1 is the 5V reg, U2 is the 3.3V reg. image
