Unnecessary LOGO component in every part of the v1.2 step file. #27

The step file takes a very long time, relatively, and I realized that every Designatorxxx tag has a sub-part of a text logo, called LOGO?xxx.

These are made up of letters, shown here:

and here:

These are in every single part! Please remove them.
