tft35 touch screen turns off #33

When I power my ender 3 pro up my newly installed BTT TFT35 E3 V3 tries to update it gets to 40+% then the screen goes black! Can anyone help?

Hi. Which sd card and which firmware. Has the screen working before or is it a new installation?
