Btt tft35 e3 v3 running newest fw Connected to btt skr 1.4turbo Tft connection, exp 1 and 2

Sd card reader works to reflash firmware.. but as soon as the flash is complete, the sd card is no longer readable from lcd. When trying to touch tft card button, screen flashes briefly and returns to card menu.

If I remove the sd card, screen displays "card inserted" and then allows me to click on the tft card button but gives an error stating no card.

I've changed settings in both marlin for board and the config.ini file for the tft with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

While looking at the back of the screen, the d29 (I think) lights green when no card inserted and goes out when card is actually inserted. Which is backwards from my other screen and board.

So I have a solution but I'm not sure if this was a factory defect or not.

The plate that makes contact with the pin to detect the sd card was under the prong that secures the sd card. I pulled it up and placed above the prong, so when sd card is inserted, it completes the circuit and detects the card. See pic below. Obviously this is ridiculous to have to do that. 20210320_074606
