Hotend Temperature Spike during restart #21

Sometimes, not always, when restarting the firmware it is shown on Fluidd and Mainsail thermal temperatures chart, a spike in temperature on the hotend of a huge random value.

Seeing this as well with Klipper v0.11.0-41-g9b60daf6

I see this as well. ebb sb2240 with max13865, pt1000.

Looking at the klippy.log I don't see any high reading, but I get a single huge temperature spike (uninitialized value?) and it is then averaged out over time. Messes up the auto-scale graph for quite a while, though.
