Why the adjustment? The user manual's guidance regarding the pinning of the CanBus cable connection can be somewhat perplexing. It's quite easy to inadvertently wire the connector incorrectly by following the suggested topology. The logical assumption, based on this topology, is that the top two pins correspond to Ground (GND) & Voltage IN (VIN), while the lower two pins relate to CAN-L and CAN-H. However, this representation is misleading, as the PCB silkscreen provides a contrary indication.

I, like others in the DIY printer community whom I consulted for input, made the mistake of connecting this interface in reverse. This decision was not solely based on my judgment but also on the consensus of multiple DIY printer builders. Regrettably, I experienced an issue when I unintentionally passed 24 volts through the CAN data line during prolonged testing, as I attempted to diagnose communication problems with the CAN device. Now I am not saying the documentation is wrong as it appears from a schematic standpoint to be correct, however from a beginner end user trying to tinker with a cheap printer and get into the hobby it might not be the best representation as I did not know how to read schematic documents.

My realization of the error only occurred when I examined the silkscreen on the PCB, disregarding the topology diagram. It's worth noting that the manual does issue a warning against reverse wiring; however, it does not sufficiently provide a clear and immediate depiction of the correct wiring arrangement.

I leave this here for anyone else who is puzzled by this, and I humbly request the documentation be revised.
