I am managing a printfarm.

And some of my printers using Biqu h2 revo.

Time goes by, their gears worn out.

So, I tried to buy their gears for spare part.

But There is no answer from 3 email contact person, whatsapp number.

5 of my machines are not working because of this stupid gears.

and, there is no shop selling it's gear.

I recommend others not to buy this, Unless you want a disposable extruder,

When did you send the emails? There was recently a national holiday which has caused a backlog. @BTTJUSTIN will help you to get in touch with the right people. Also try to use the ticketing system here which has a 24 hour max turnaround time. https://biqu3d.com/pages/submit-a-ticket

I Kept trying to contact before national holiday. Emails, What'sapp and I know that your national holiday ends 6th Oct. But no one respond until today. Oct 14th. I did that ticket thing yesterday. but no respond was come to me, until now. 5 of my printers are not working since then. I'm running out of patience.

Did someone respond to the ticket then or are you speaking about this as a response? The national holiday finished on the 8th and then there was quite a backlog to work through.

Hew.. Someone who belongs to BTT sent me an Email. But that's all. I sent image of purchasing record, and worn out gears. but no response after then. I just want to purchase some gears. that is only one I need. What makes it so hard?

I tried it from 27th Sep. And now is 14th October. Your men already got plenty of chance .

@bigtreetech Not yet. They told me that wait until give me payment url via aliexpress. But there is no progress from then.

There looks a part is out of stock. and telling me delivery time is unknown.

Out of stock is Ok. But I am sure that he will postpone delivery forever unless I keep send email and write such a issue.

It is Sooooo hard to purchase such a small parts.....

They just mentioned to me that they are communicating with the warehouse about stock availability. It seems that they just didn't communicate that well in the email.

Today, finally I paid for them on "Special link" on Aliexpress. I know that there are many Biqu H2 series users. I suggest you to make regular sales page on Aliexpress or you homepage shopping mall. Or It can be just disposable extruder as I mentioned.

Hgx, Sherpa, Orbiter... There is no extruder that not selling spare gear parts, except Biqu H2 Serieses..
