Disparity between the step files and the actual hardware #22

So far in designing cases for the Distribution Board and the Can-Hat I have noticed that both step files for the boards are different than the actual hardware.

I'm crossing my finger that the carriage I designed fit with the dimensions provided in the step files for the dock and head step files.

Edit:

First, The Can-hat. The RJ11/12 jack is flush against the side of the board on the actual harder but on the step file it's proud a few mms from the board.

Second, The Can-Tool Board. The thickness of the board in the step file is 0.41 mm the actual thickness of the board is closer to 1.6. The power terminal is also taller on the actual hardware than in the step file. Also the step file does not include the fuses.
