Uploading bootloader #24

I need some assistance uploading my bootloader to my E3EZ+CB1 combo. The directions are not specific for a guy not too savvy with linux, so any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

I watch this guy.... and my combo works perfectly with the procedure explained in the video.
