Seems like actual pinout of 40pin connector for CB1 rev 2.1 is wrong, ive checked all pins available for CB1 with libgpiod (gpioset) and found PG6/PG7/PG8/PG9, also as PC12/PC13 are not changing state. Other pins found in the manual are ok.
Please provide actual CB1 to 40pin connector pinout.
