CB1 Camera DSI support #12

CB1 didnt support a dsi camera/display? Only HDMI? Why?

More than likely to keep the cost down and the availability of components to build the CB1.

@ils15 could you mark this as closed please? This isnt a Manta M8P issue, and the CB1 was advertised as not having DSI support from the beginning. Thank you!
