SKR-V2 + TMC2209 suddenly doubles the flow #96

Hello! My 3D printer configuration: SKR-V2 (BigTreeTech) + TMC2209 (BigTreeTech) working on UART. In Marlin config file TMC2209 drivers set up. I encountered a problem sometime ago. After the 3D printer was fully equiped I was able to print one full item. But then, after I've started to print another one this happened: image image After a nice beginning part if somehow nearly doubles flow of plastic. Right in the middle of printing process. That's strange, and I found one issue in main branch of Marlin: https://github.com/MarlinFirmware/Marlin/issues/22996. Maybe it is connected. Can you help me, how this can be tested. Because answer of M122 command seems normal. Only also strange thing I could notice, was that UART Enabled field is False False False False. Is it correct? Thank you!
