Invalid Token format

What is basically the problem?
1. i have created a google application on 15 september 2011, That time it was 
working quite well and all the required data was printing, but now the same 
application is not woking

2. I also created two another apps and changed client id , secret key, redirect 
uri and developer key , but the access token is not retreiving and an error log 
is generated on server, which is attached to this message.

3. whenever i saw a technique for configuring application, they are telling 
that please create oauth2 ID and oauth2 Secret from api console, but i cant see 
any of the option to create oauth2 id and secret, please point it out too, 
thanks google + 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

To retrieve the user all information

I am using php version of library and operating system is Linux
