ClinVar Landscape does not show any likely pathogenic variants #167

Describe the bug No likely pathogenic variants are shown (none are returned by the annonars API). It is not completely clear whether this is a bug in clinvar-this or annonars.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://reev.cubi.bihealth.org/gene/HGNC:20324/grch37
  2. Scroll down to clinvar landscape
  3. See no orange/likely pathogenic variants.

Expected behavior There should be likely pathogenic / orange variants.

Resolved by fixing the data.
