done here:

remove single-cell parts
allow sample-specific STAR indices
make compatible with recent snakemake version (7.19.1)
remove drmaa, make slurm default choice, use cubi-dev profile

still to do:

fix conda_env.yaml files
check DE part for consistency
check/add resource requirements in snakefiles
sample-specific indices for bwa / salmon / kallisto?
