iRODS configuration issues in default environment #20

Noticed a few issues with the iRODS client configuration generated for the user. These were spotted using the dev configuration (see #14), but they may apply for the evaluation setup as well. Some might also originate in the server side config, will investigate.

Issues

[x] ~~irods_authentication_scheme in client config is set to native instead of PAM~~ SODAR issue
[ ] Uploading large files fails with USER_RODS_HOSTNAME_ERR (1)

Notes

Works with -N 0. Feature or problem with the iRODS server config?

The latter problem seems to be either related to iRODS or the irods-docker image itself, fail to see its relation to sodar-docker-compose config. Closing.
