New layout for project overview #278

With the new video volumes ( #276 ), the project overview now displays image and video volumes in the same list. The list should be filterable by type. The preview thumbnails are always shown with an image volume or video volume icon (as on the dashboard). This could be implemented with a completely new layout of the project overview where the volume list is displayed similarly than the image/video list of the volume overview. Label tree and member panels could be reduced (to buttons with "dropdown panels" or) as tabs similar to here at GitHub (code, issues, ... -> volumes, members, label trees, reports, largo, ...). Add a "feedback" button that opens a new email where users can tell us if they don't like the new layout. The new layout should also be opt-in with a highlighted button "try the new layout".

The largo, geo and reports modules must be compatible with the new layout.

I decided to make the new layout opt-out for users. However, it is opt-in through a config option for maintainers of the BIIGLE instance.
