Drop the volume video_link and gis_link #396

On biigle.de the volume video_link is used by 10 volumes and the gis_link by 2 volumes. They just store the data and have no relevance for any BIIGLE features. The video_link volumes were created by user 247. Ask them if they need the information before we remove the properties.

Also implement a migration that removes the properties from the volumes in the DB.

User 247 confirmed that we can go ahead and remove the video_link.
