Adapt core templates to work with the geo module #713

Changes so far:

[x] create fileCount-method for filterListComponent.vue
[x] add an array-equality check in hasRule()-method of filterTab.vue

Also, please apply these changes to the master branch and change the target of this PR to master, too (or create a new PR).

As the _geomod-branch is based on _devmodules, I created a whole new branch including the new changes (_geomodule, now based on master), with a new PR #716 (as I couldn't find any "edit branch"-mechanism in PR's)
