Similar to the "+" button for volumes in the project overview, the label trees panel should get a "+" button, too. The button redirects to the create label tree page with the query parameter ?project=id. If the query parameter is present, the create label form gets an additional hidden form field with the project ID. If a project ID is present on a request to create a new label tree the tree will automatically be attached to the project.
