Give all users that are member of a project which is attached to a label tree "implicit" guest permissions to see the label tree. This means that they are allowed to see the label tree overview (coming from the project overview) but cannot edit the labels or anything else. What they can do, however, is see the annotation catalog (BiodataMiningGroup/biigle-largo#37). Make sure that these users see the label trees in the project overview.
Optional: Show these label trees in the label tree search, too.
