Complete label parents with WoRMS #8

A possible new feature for the WoRMS import might be to add the parents of an existing label according to the information from WoRMS. Example:

The label Echinodermata exists as a root label. After "complete with WoRMS" the tree is Biota > Animalia > Echinodermata. Biota and Animalia were inserted as new labels and the existing Echinodermata got a new parent label.

I'm setting this to low as I'm not aware of anybody who used the WoRMS import yet.
