Enlarge thumbnail size to prevent cutting annotations in largo view (refs #119).

Possibly related to #119: The outlines and the image are displayed in the SVG together. The SVG has a size of ~172x135 px. Some of the height is probably cut off by the parent element. In addition, the image inside the SVG is exactly 180x135 px. So some of the width of the image is cut off by the SVG itself.
