In the two MAIA refinement steps, the interaction to refine training proposals and annotation candidates does not seem to work. While the proposal/candidate circle is highlighted, it cannot be moved or resized.
I assume that the modify interaction was disabled because of the recent changes to the annotation canvas and that the handling of canModify here needs to be updated.

@lehecht Could you please process this with increased priority? It seems like a simple fix and a user needs this to be able to use MAIA.
